Board approves amended site plan for Sussex Turnpike property

Board of Adjustment · Meeting of April 23, 2026

NJ RANDOLPH — Randolph Board of Adjustment approves redesigned Sussex Turnpike building plan. Heritage Roxbury, LLC secured approval for an amended site plan incorporating roof redesign at 1575-1579 Sussex Turnpike at the April 23 meeting, with six board members voting in favor. The redesign adds four roof gables to address contractor concerns about snow removal and building warranties, with the Board determining the changes represent an architectural improvement.

In separate action, the Board unanimously approved a residential setback variance for Michael Esposito at 36 Warren Road, allowing a 24.5-foot front yard setback against the required 35 feet for a 12-foot addition.
