Board Approves D-1 Use Variance for II Futuro Contractor Facility

NJ RANDOLPH — Randolph board approves D-1 variance for contractor staging facility at Sussex Turnpike. The Board of Adjustment unanimously voted to approve the variance for II Futuro LLC, managed by Mrs. Piasani, allowing contractor storage and staging operations replacing off-site wood processing.
The facility will include two prefabricated buildings, seven parking spaces, three 10-by-18-foot material storage bins, and accommodate a maximum of eight contractor tenants; all hazmat chemicals must be stored in code-compliant containers. The property's two lots will be merged into one, with the existing rental house remaining on site.
