NJ RANDOLPH — Randolph Board of Adjustment approves two major property variances in February meeting. The board unanimously cleared Quick Check Corporation to relocate a six-by-twelve-foot maintenance shed and thirteen-by-twenty-two-foot trash enclosure at its Route 10 location, with landscape screening of fourteen junipers standing six to seven feet tall. In a separate unanimous vote, the board also approved Valley Die Cutting's pre-final major site plan and C and D variances to expand warehouse space at 166 South Salem Street in the I-1 industrial zone, contingent on removal of an existing Peggy Karr Glass awning and sign and compliance with prior engineering and planning review memos.
