Board of Adjustment approves building addition, gas station rebranding

NJ RANDOLPH — Randolph Board of Adjustment memorializes variances for two commercial projects and approves a third. The board adopted a resolution memorializing preliminary and final site plan approval and variance relief to Valley Die Cutting for a 3,404-square-foot industrial building addition at 166 South Salem Street, granting Floor Area Ratio and impervious coverage variances unanimously. G Petro Group LLC received a conditional use variance and signage variances for modifications to an existing gas station at 258 South Salem Street as it rebrands from BP to Phillips 66, with the board finding the roof modification creates no substantial detriment to the public good.
The board also unanimously approved a site plan amendment for Heritage Roxbury reducing building height to 31 feet 10 inches and modifying the roof design.
