NJ RANDOLPH — Randolph Board of Adjustment reorganizes and approves two residential variances. The board elected Commissioner Robert Sesko as chairman and Commissioner Dunn as vice chairman in unanimous votes. The board approved variances for Peter Behson's single-family home at 31 Everdale Road and Joseph Marino's in-ground pool at 1393 Sussex Turnpike, each requiring relief from steep slope disturbance limits.

The Behson application had proceeded through four public hearings over the course of 2025.
