Council approves $1.2 million road contract and budget appropriations

NJ RANDOLPH — Randolph Township Council OKs $1.2M road contract and approves $90K spending measure. The Township Council unanimously passed an ordinance appropriating $42,000 for Randolph Lake improvements and $48,000 for Police Department mobile cameras on final reading. Council members voted to award 15 procurement contracts totaling over $1.2 million in municipal services and road resurfacing, including a District 3 road project substantially funded by Morris County and a $150,000 Millbrook Avenue water main contract.
Mayor Forstenhausler abstained on a $57,800 Fire Department vehicle; six council members voted in favor.
