Petro Group wins unanimous Board approval for Phillips 66 redesign

NJ RANDOLPH — Board of Adjustment approves gas station redesign with roof variance. Petro Group's Phillips 66 facility at 258 South Salem Street won unanimous approval on Vice Chairman Kevin Dunn's motion for both a D-3 conditional-use variance for the flat roof and a C variance for signage modifications. The 1998 gas station, car wash, and convenience store facility is completing its second rebranding with signage reduced from 123.35 to 95.64 square feet; the main sign measures 7.54 feet wide by 24 feet tall.

The 10 West Realty automotive dealership expansion at Route 10 West was continued to April pending resolution of stormwater issues.
