NJ RANDOLPH — Planning Board approves Center Grove minor site plan, carries McDonald's application to May hearing. The Board approved a minor site plan for Center Grove Village LLC at 100 Center Grove Road by a 5-0 vote. The Board also continued review of a McDonald's USA, LLC proposal at 765 Route 10 to its May 4, 2026 meeting, following testimony by engineer Tiago Duarte on a revised site plan that includes 201 total parking spaces and a reconfigured drive-thru lane.
Traffic engineer Justin Taylor concluded the site will operate safely, though the Board raised concerns about access to Dover Chester Road and traffic from the nearby college population.
