NJ RANDOLPH — Randolph Planning Board approves two site plan applications, reorganizes leadership for 2026. Commr. Lee was elected Chairperson, Commr.
Herold as Vice-Chairperson, and Darren Carney as Secretary, all unanimously. The board approved Lamaj Plaza LLC's renovation of 1171 Sussex Turnpike, featuring roof over outdoor dining and improved dumpster area, by 5-0, with Vice-Chairperson Herold recused. Center Grove Village LLC's addition of 41 parking spaces at 100 Center Grove Road was approved unanimously, 6-0.
