Randolph Planning Board adopts Housing Element and Fair Share Plan addressing 219 units of unmet need. Planning Consultant Katherine Sarmad presented the plan, which proposes rezoning multifamily zones in the SS/VO, VCR-3 Overlay and South Salem Street Overlay District zones. The board must address
